Stepping into the CrossFit world can feel intimidating, but remember, everyone was once a beginner. The CrossFit you'll experience at Reaction aims to meet you where you're at- whether that's recently removed from sport or starting movement for the first time. You just need the courage to try. Our priority is community and to give you a space that feels safe and welcoming. It’s okay to feel nervous, but don’t let that stop you.
